Custom Orders

All customized or made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable. This includes panels cut to specific sizes, custom designs, or personalized requests, as these are produced specifically for your project.

Standard Products

For non-custom products, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at Sales@Kolbeh.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment. Custom orders may require additional time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within Canada only.

Delivery & Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery timelines vary by region and courier.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the courier and send a replacement if applicable.

After this period, especially for custom-cut or made-to-order panels, cancellations are not permitted, as production may have already started.

KD Shop panels are intended for interior decorative use only. They are not structural elements and must be installed properly by a professional.

While we strive for accurate color and texture representation, actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and material variation.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, or environmental factors.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our panels. All products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., CNC-cut errors, panel flaws).

This warranty does not cover:
